Question: How Does Averie Boss Beauty Ship With?
Answer: We ship the United States Postal Service only.
Question: When Will I See An Update With My Tracking Number And Information?
Answer: Please allow 24 - 48 hours for an update. USPS moves your package through their shipping network and may not always scan in stops along the way causing what looks like a delay in the movement of your package. Please do not worry, your package will eventually arrive, but it just may take longer.
Question: How Long Does My Order Take To Process?
Answer: All orders are processed within 1- 3 business days after initial purchase date. Weekends and holidays, orders are not processed until the following Monday.
Question: When Will I Receive My Package?
Answer: You can expect your package to arrive to you after your order has been processed then shipped out.
Question: Do you offer express or overnight shipping?
Answer: At this time no we don't offer express or overnight shipping.
Question: Do you offer refunds?
Answer: No refunds. All sales are final.
Question: Do you only ship in The United States?
Answer: Averie Boss Beauty ships internationally.
Question: What If I Put The Wrong Address Before You Ship Out Package?
Answer: Contact us immediately with your name, order number, and the correct address. We don't want your package going to someone else.
Question: What If I Put The Wrong Address After You Ship Out Package?
Answer: In any event your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address you submitted you will be responsible to pay a reshipping fee. Once we receive your package back from USPS a small fee invoice will be sent. Once paid order will be reshipped to new address confirmed by customer.
Question: Why Did My Order Get Cancelled?
Answer: Your order was flagged as possible fraud and/or missing shipping information.

In the event that you do receive a package that has damaged items you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package to be eligible for a product exchange. After 24 hours, there will not be any exchanges for damaged products, returns, or refunds.
